Sales Taxes:
We are required to collect sales tax in the following states: CT, MA, ME, NH, and NY.
Sales Taxes are charged differently in different states, and some areas within states. If there are any discrepancies we will adjust the final bill so that you will pay only the correct, legal Sales Tax

Shipping:
All our products can be shipped regular ground or Motor Freight. For ground deliveries 15% will be added to your order for cost of shipping and handling.
Some oversized items are subject to a surcharge in addition to the regular ground shipping charges. For Motor Freight (indicated within the product description on our site), costs to your delivery point are included in your order.
Motor freight deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address. All shipments must be signed for, so please include your phone number so the transportation company can notify you before delivery.

Shipment outside the contiguous US:
For shipment information to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and foreign countries, please call us at 877-822-7745. Shipments to post office boxes will be via US mail.

Custom Orders:
Many items can be made in sizes other than those stated on this web site, contact us for more information.

Once you have placed your online order, an order summary page will appear which you can print out for your records. We will send you an e-mail confirming the order.

LIFE-TIME MATERIAL WARRANTY – The cellular PVC materials used in the manufacture or fabrication of Advanced TrimWright, Inc. product lines will not rot, corrode, delaminate, or excessively swell from moisture. Each customer is solely responsible for determining the effectiveness, suitability and safety of any particular use or application of the product. Buyer should consult local building and safety codes for specific requirements since building code regulations vary from area to area. Cellular PVC materials should not be used for structural purposes.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR WORKMANSHIP – Advanced TrimWright, Inc. warranties that its products are free from defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.
